How we count contributions
An allocation is money earmarked for Freebird. Received means the transfer has been verified. Used means supported project spending has been verified. These are stages of the same money, so we never add them together as separate donations.
Each contribution is credited once to its originating brand. A G-OOD Designs contribution routed through HEHA is still credited to G-OOD Designs, not counted again as a HEHA contribution. Refunds and corrections must be reconciled before the next update.
Sales, pending affiliate commissions, and proposed percentage policies do not count as money received. Our milestone amounts are planning goals, not estimates of the cost of housing a person.
How we intend to reach the mission
Freedom needs a practical foundation.
Our proposed first pilot explores converted minivans with practical support. A vehicle alone is not a complete housing solution, and this route will not suit everyone. Local people and businesses should benefit from the work.
1. Listen and define the fit.
Work with people seeking support and experienced local organizations. Define voluntary participation, accessibility needs, and alternatives before choosing a solution.
2. Make the whole plan workable.
Confirm a safe vehicle, lawful parking, insurance, maintenance, sanitation, weather planning, and a realistic operating budget. Identify who is responsible for each part.
3. Support, learn, and report.
Agree on practical support and follow-up. Track verified costs and participant-defined progress while keeping personal information private. Expand only after learning from a documented pilot.

Health, local economies, and community are the heartbeat. Cooperation, connectedness, and useful technology are the engine. Local people and businesses should be the beneficiaries.

Any future public participation or fundraising will begin only with appropriate structure, safeguards, and disclosures in place.
